The fun that could be had with this formula could be compared to a Twinkie 35 feet long, and weighing approximately 600lbs. They also have weapons that shatter the ghost, allowing for a Luigi like vacuum capture. The hunters can use devices to track down the ghost and pin point what items they are in. Midnight Ghost Hunt is not so much PVP as it is a clever game of hide-and-seek.īased on the mod Prop Hunt, Midnight Ghost Hunt has ghosts hide for a certain amount of time until they become the hunters. This sounds very simple, but the complexity gets so much more deep. The game is a multiplayer title that pits four players as ghost hunters against four players as ghosts. Midnight Ghost Hunt stole the show for me in terms of hype. Mellowsoft is apparently a one man team who can develop a game that people seem to go crazy over. It was the one that had me the most hyped and ready to throw my dollar bills at the Epic Store. There were tons of games shown during the show, but not all of them really knocked my socks off quite like the final game on my list.
The trailer shown was more of a sparkler than a full on firework. I wanted to list it from the moment I saw that it was showing, but just couldn’t due to the poor performance. The graphics appeared very off beat and strange to me.
The showing at the PC Gaming Show felt very lackluster to me and did not stand out. It changed a lot of how we game now, making quick time events a major part of the game. Shenmue is a story all its own, being the most expensive video game developed. Needless to say, I am a fan of the Dreamcast title. I have lived in Yokosuka, Japan, the setting of Shenmue. But don’t just take my word for it, head over and check out the amazing article from Culture of Gaming writer Michael Solseth! While not a game shown during the PC Gaming Show, it is a PC game that you should be checking out. Here are a couple of the games that need to be on your radar, but just didn’t stand out, or actually weren’t announced during the PC Gaming Show. There were a few games that I really wanted to include on the list but just couldn’t for one reason or another. Those fans include myself, so I will be knee deep in hippo poop on Novemat release. Plain and simple fun for those who are fans of these types of games. Make sure everything lives, and money comes in.
The game is simple: build and run a zoo that can include more than 50 different animals. Planet Zoo comes to us from Frontier Developments, the team behind Planet Coaster and Jurassic World Evolution.
I am a big fan of Planet Coaster and was very happy to see the announcement of Planet Zoo. My dreams and creativity shine in these types of games and it sucks hours of my life. I am a complete sucker for anything related to building a park. Source: PC Gaming Show Live Stream, screen shot.
